Access to the facility is from a concrete hardstand through a large 4M high door which slides back to give access. The door is capable of being secured in your absence.

There's also a door to the rear of the unit which enables drive-through access if required.

The shed is equipped with lighting and standard 10-amp power outlets, with electricity charged on usage.

$450 per month (outgoings included) plus GST.
