EX-Cool Room, this 100sqm self-contained facility could be used as climatically stable storage facility.

Offered as-is, the chiller is not operational.

Access to the facility is from a concrete hardstand through a large 4M high door which slides back to give access to half the width of the cool store itself. The door is capable of being secured in your absence.

There's also a door to the rear of the unit which enables drive-through access if required.

The shed is equipped with lighting and standard 10-amp power outlets, with electricity charged on usage.

$450 per month (outgoings included) plus GST.

Available on a month-to-month basis for STORAGE only.
